History

Moonshine has been part of the family for generations. Doug McCormack, owner of Yalaha Bootlegging Co., is the first to legally produce moonshine and sell it at his distillery in Lake County, Florida. The distillery is located at Blue Bayou Farms and produces moonshine on-site.

Production/Manufacturing

Moonshine is distilled on-site from fermented organic blueberries from Blue Bayou Farms. Their range includes a variety of flavored moonshines and a blueberry brandy, aged in oak barrels.
