History
White Dog Distilling was founded in 2016 by Carlo and Alecia Catucci in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, in the historic Lorraine Mills. Together they formed a distillery family known as "The Pack" with friends Vin Greene and Eric Sylvestre. According to the website, White Dog is more than a distillery: it's a gathering place for spirit enthusiasts and newcomers, where craft meets camaraderie and community, and where grain-to-glass production is the focus. The philosophy is that they will never serve a drop they wouldn't enjoy themselves. Production
White Dog Distilling follows a grain-to-glass approach in their micro-distillery and tasting room. Puppy Bourbon is produced with a mash bill of 85% corn and 15% malted barley and rests in 5-gallon barrels for about 5 months – hence it is described as a young bourbon. As the company matures, 12-month, 2-year, and 5-year bourbons are also expected. Cornucopia Cold Brew Whiskey consists of 85% corn and 15% malted barley and is aged in Puppy Bourbon barrels, after which it is diluted to 75 proof with Nitro Cart Cold Brew. Blackstone Gin is a traditional gin, which also has barrel-rested batches, providing a sweeter, oak-forward sipping experience. The productions also include Lella’s Limoncello as well as Ginger Infused versions, and a range of Tailgate and seasonal moonshine variants, all produced in small batches.

- Tailgate Moonshine: many flavor variants, including Jalapeño Lime, Cinnamon Apple, Pumpkin Spice Maple, Salted Caramel, Peppermint Bark; options for neat, cocktails or as a base in mixed drinks.
- Azalea Moonshine and Azalea Spritz: floral bouquet with Pineapple and Lemon; ideal as a spritzer.
- Mixed Cocktails To-Go: ready-to-drink 750 ml bottles for at-home enjoyment, called “Doggone Good Cocktails”.
Visits / Experiences
White Dog Distilling offers a range of experiences: Cocktail Crafting Class, Distillery Tour (Exclusive Distillery Tour led by The Pack), Barrel Life private events, and a Cocktail Trailer for off-premise events. A combined experience named "Cocktails & Craft" is also offered, including a hidden tasting and hands-on mixology in the tasting room.
