History

We are a small couple who do what we love most: making spirits and spending time with our local community.

It started as a hobby

Our journey into distilled spirits began with beer, marinated meat and playing with flavors. Inspired by Martinelli’s we made our first spirit – Apple Whiskey. It was a hit. We continued to experiment and added cinnamon, we tried berries and then lemon. We shared mason jars of our creations with friends. Everyone agreed – we were on the right track. We decided that we should pursue this as a business.

It might sound cheesy

It might sound cheesy... but dreams can come true. We were lucky to find our current location available. Right in the heart of Verdi – our home. With help from our friends we built our home distillery – complete with a terrace for events and gatherings. Everything fell into place. We love sharing our space and our spirits.
