Triple Eight Distillery is a family-owned, independent producer on Nantucket, dedicated to crafting outstanding spirits shaped by the island's distinctive environment. Each whiskey begins with pure Nantucket aquifer water and older malts, including the rare floor-malted Maris Otter barley. The Notch 12 Year (Flagship)

Notch is Notch's signature expression and is regarded as the crown jewel of Triple Eight. It opens with a deep reddish hue and aromas of pear, apple and light floral notes. On the palate, sweet and warm herbal spices such as cardamom and grains of paradise meet, while the finish offers dark chocolate, cacao nibs, sea salt and a hint of caramel. It has no smoky influence and exudes elegance and warmth.

The Notch 8 Year (Wine-Barrel Finish)

The 8-year expression finished in lightly toasted wine casks gives a nose of soft red berries and subtle oak. The palate is dry and lightly tannic with fruit from the wine and a lively texture, making it a fresh and vibrant whisky, perfect neat or as a refined highball.

The Notch 15 Year (Sherry Finish)

The richest expression in the range delivers layered notes of dried fruit, rancio, nougat, roasted peanut brittle and dark chocolate. Thick and velvety in texture, it lingers with the warmth of roasted nuts and spices as well as a luxurious sweetness.
