Production/Manufacturing

The Cooper Spirits Co. is described as an independent producer of distinctly expressive spirits. A core product range describes their approach to rye whiskey and copper distillations: - Lock Stock & Barrel: a portfolio of highly aged rye whiskeys matured for 13, 16, 18, 20 and 21 years. All variants are 100% koji-fermented rye grain, double-distilled in copper stills, aged in new American oak, and cold-matured. Lock Stock & Barrel Vatted Straight Rye Whiskey is a proprietary blend of rye whiskeys from IN, KY, PA and Alberta, ranging from 4 to 18 years with a nine-year heart. - Hochstadter’s Slow & Low: Rock & Rye, America’s original bottled cocktail. Blends an aged straight rye whiskey with nav el oranges from Florida, raw honey from Pennsylvania, a small dose of rock candy and bitters. 84 proof and extra dry, like a proper Old Fashioned. - Slow & Low Coffee Old-Fashioned: inspired by the classic coffee cocktail Café Brûlot. Consists of Straight Rye Whiskey, Intelligentsia Coffee, a pinch of demerara sugar and raw honey, aromatic bitters and orange zest. 80 proof. - Crème Yvette and St-Germain are mentioned as additional components/products listed on the site – Crème Yvette is a berry-fruity liqueur handmade in France, and St-Germain is an elderflower liqueur.
