Swift Distillery, or Swift Single Malt, captures authentic Scottish whiskey traditions and brings them home to Texas. This labor of love is the best part of our history.

Production/Manufacturing

Mash

We start with 100% Scottish Two-Row Malted Barley.

Distillation

Our mash is then distilled twice in hand-hammered copper pot stills and finely tuned to taste.

Finest Finish

Our single malts are aged in bourbon casks, then finished in wine casks.
