History

Many moons ago—from a speakeasy far from here—thirsty guests stood in long lines to get a taste of the neighbors' bootleggers' latest creations as Prohibition was in full swing. The traditional distillation methods were hard to come by. NEARLY UNRECOGNIZED EXPERTISE THROUGH FARM DISTILLATIONS – NOW, almost 100 years later, we are still at it.

Subsequently we follow in the footsteps of our ancestors and have taken the best of the old methods and added our own clever twists to create a range of handcrafted spirits rich in flavor. Our UK-first range consists of sharp gins, smooth liqueurs, and purer vodka—as Moonshine, which laid the foundation for our business.

Production / Manufacturing

Our approach starts on our own farm, where we hand-pick only the best sweet potatoes. Thereafter we combine old distillation methods with modern techniques and copper pot stills in Britain to unlock the flavors — giving us flavors with more than a century of development. The sweet potatoes come from Scott Farms and form the basis of our spirits—handmade in small batches and distilled in copper pot stills in their homeland.

We focus on the freshest natural ingredients and a smooth flavor experience, ranging from sweet milky notes to more spicy and warm undertones, all in a range that spans from moonshine to gin and rum.
