History

Old Monroe Distilling Co. is a charming grain-to-glass distillery located on our eighth-generation family farm in Monroe County, Illinois. Owned and operated by Adam & Laura Stumpf since 2015, where we produce spirits from the grains we grow ourselves. We blend tradition and innovation in every bottle and invite you to unforgettable experiences in our area, including weddings and events at our luxurious venue.

Production/Manufacturing

We run a grain-to-glass production and distill spirits from the grains we grow on our family farm. This supports our approach to craftsmanship and quality in every batch and in every glass.

Products/Whiskey Series

Our whiskey lineup is represented by Bourbon. Customer testimonials highlight "small batch bourbon," indicating our focus on handcrafted bourbon.

Visits/Experiences

Distillery tours and visiting experiences are part of our offerings. We have "A Grain-to-Glass Experience" and options to visit the distillery as well as our new cocktail lounge and tasting room, which is now open. Opening hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 12-9 PM and Sunday from 12-6 PM. There are monthly events such as "Sweet & Neat: Fudge + Bourbon Pairing Speakeasy Class Tickets." We also offer booking of private events and gatherings at our distillery venue.
