Safe House Distilling Co. is located on Gold Avenue in a century-old former financial building. The name and inspiration draw from the rich heritage of this financial district, and our spirits fill the bank vaults like the noble metal that once inspired the corridor's development. Our commitment to craft and innovation goes hand in hand with a sense of tradition and a strong historical foundation for what we now create.

Who we are and our vision

Our first spirit was Teller Genuine Vodka, a friendly welcome to any bank kiosk’s face at the door. This inaugural spirit demonstrates our commitment to producing exceptional beverages that speak to the same reliability as a faithful bank employee. As our journey continues, we invite you to Share in Prophet, a testament to our evolution and future vision. The name symbolizes foresight, whether the aim is financial gain or satisfying the spirit. We have kept this spirit since our founding and can now share the proceeds of the investment.

Safe House produces a wide range of spirits and has details on different products: - Teller Vodka: hand-bottled and hand-labeled, 10 times distilled and made from 100% corn. Clean taste with a smooth finish. 80 Proof. - Teller Green Chile Vodka, Teller Fresh Lemon Vodka, Teller Blueberry Lavender Vodka and Teller Apple Pie Vodka, all 80 Proof. - Lock Pick Gin: high desert style gin made with 14 botanicals from around the world, including star anise, lemon balm, chamomile and juniper. 80 Proof. - Lock Pick Barrel Aged High Desert style gin: aged in bourbon barrels for a year for a more rounded, smoky finish. Current Batch 86 Proof and 43% ABV; 452-bottle limited edition. - Biscochito Creme: 700 ml, 30 proof, 15% ABV, seasonal and versatile use in drinks or baking. - Prophet Share Bourbon: grain-to-glass bourbon, aged a minimum of two years in a desert environment with high elevation and low humidity, yielding notes of vanilla and caramel with a slightly spicy finish reminiscent of rye. 90 Proof (45% ABV); 124 Proof (62% ABV); New Mexico’s first Bottled in Bond bourbon at 100 Proof (50% ABV); Prophet Share Single Barrel Bourbon 116 Proof (58% ABV). • Lock Pick Barrel Aged High Desert style gin: rested in bourbon barrels for a year, creating a smooth, smoky finish. Current Batch 86 Proof, 43% Alc/Vol, 452-bottle limited release.

Prophet Share Bourbon Series

• Prophet Share Bourbon: grain-to-glass bourbon, aged at least two years in desert climate, with high elevation differences, low humidity and significant temperature swings; notes of vanilla and caramel with a slightly spicy finish. 90 Proof (45% ABV).
• Prophet Share Bourbon: higher strength 124 Proof (62% ABV) with no stated age, but described as a strong variant.
• New Mexico’s first Bottled in Bond bourbon: 100 Proof (50% ABV).
