RockFilter Distillery is a Minnesota-based distillery founded by farmers. We are born of farmers and work the Minnesota land our ancestors settled on. It gives us the freedom to grow what we want, to put in the effort, and to be creative out of necessity. We now ship directly to 41 states, but cannot ship to some states such as Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Michigan, Tennessee and Utah. Our water plays a key role: limestone-filtered karst water drawn from a natural karst aquifer, reminiscent of the geology of Kentucky, bourbon country. We use a hydro-powered mill and have wooden barrel houses and fruit trees around our facility. It all follows a farm-to-glass ethos: we grow our ingredients, mash them, distill the spirits, and label every bottle.
