History

Piedmont Distillers was founded in 2005 as North Carolina's first legal distillery since Prohibition, and for over a decade has innovated unique, finely handcrafted, all-natural spirits.

Our family of award-winning craft spirits includes Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine, Midnight Moon Moonshine, MoonShake Cream Liqueurs, Method + Standard Vodka, and Bobby Jones Clover Whiskey Collection.

Production / Manufacturing

Moonshine: Midnight Moon Moonshine is made from 100% American corn and crafted in small batches, inspired by Junior Johnson's family recipe. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine: an all-natural blend with spicy and sweet notes (vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon), triple-distilled from American corn and small-batch blended, 80 proof. Vodka: Method + Standard vodka is quadruple-distilled from American gluten-free corn, blended with ultra-purified water from Blue Ridge and filtered through coconut shells; color and flavor are achieved through cane sugar and fully ripe fruits without preservatives, additives and flavorings. The Clover Whiskey Collection: single-barrel, straight whiskeys - a portion of proceeds goes to Bobby Jones CSF Foundation. MoonShake Cream Liqueurs are also part of the range.
