History
Orange County Distillery was established in 2014 on a fifth-generation farm in Orange County, NY. It is a true farm-to-bottle craft distillery. The focus is on quality, not quantity. Everything necessary is grown and prepared on the farm. In 2014, the distillery became the first in New York City's farmers' markets to sell spirits.
Production / Manufacturing
Spirits are produced entirely on the farm in Goshen, NY: they grow, malt their own grain varieties, and malt them through the entire process—from cultivation to distillation to aging and bottling. Small batches and craftsmanship. Grain and malt on site.

Philosophy
The company follows a farm-to-bottle approach: they grow, malt, distill, age and bottle everything on site. Small batches and craftsmanship create a close connection between the fields and the bottles, yielding earthy and caramelized notes in the spirits.
